How fast is instant delivery?
Instant deliveries typically take 30–60 minutes depending on distance and traffic. We guarantee delivery within the hour for trips under 10km.
What can I send with Cendpadi?
Documents, food, clothing, electronics, medicine, and most general goods. We do not transport illegal items, flammable materials, or items over 20kg.
How do I track my delivery?
Once a rider is assigned, you can track their location in real-time from the Deliveries screen in the app.
Can I cancel a delivery?
Yes. You can cancel a delivery that is in PENDING or ASSIGNED status and receive a full refund to your wallet.

How do I fund my wallet?
Transfer money to your dedicated Monnify virtual account number or pay with a Paystack card. Funding reflects instantly.
