1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Cendpadi application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Services Description

Cendpadi provides a platform connecting users with independent dispatch riders for package delivery within Nigerian cities. We also provide wallet services, bill payment features, and related financial services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Delivery Terms

Cendpadi connects users with independent riders. We are not responsible for the contents of packages. Users agree not to send illegal items, dangerous goods, or contraband. All packages are at the user's risk during transit.

5. Payment & Wallet

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers (Monnify, Paystack). Cendpadi does not store your card details. Wallet funds can be withdrawn to verified Nigerian bank accounts subject to minimum withdrawal amounts.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel a delivery that is in PENDING or ASSIGNED status and receive a full refund to their wallet. Once a rider has picked up a package (PICKED_UP status), cancellations are not allowed.

7. Rider Terms

Riders are independent contractors, not employees of Cendpadi. Riders must maintain valid documentation, operate roadworthy bikes, and adhere to our code of conduct. Cendpadi may suspend or terminate rider accounts for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cendpadi's liability is limited to the value of the delivery fee paid. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed packages beyond reasonable control. Our maximum liability shall not exceed ₦50,000 per incident.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
